How do I bid online?
Click the Auction Catalog Link under the auction you are
interested in, or visit bid.yoderauctionservice.com.
Click on Sign Up in the upper right corner of that page. Enter your
information and click Create Account. Once you have your account
created, you will need to click Register To Bid for each auction you
want to bid on.

How do the auctions
end?
Each auction begins closing at 6 PM Central time on the end date.
The first lot will close at 6 PM, then the next lot will close in 15
seconds and so on until all lots have closed. If a bid is placed
within the last minute of bidding, the time will be extended by 1
minute.

How do I receive my
invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the auction
closing. The email will come from mail@yoderauctionservice.com.
If you didn't receive it, check your Spam Folder or email us and it
can be resent.

How do I pay for my
items?
Your credit card will not automatically be charged. When you
receive your invoice there is a link to pay with a credit card. If you
want to mail a check, just replay to the email and let us know that
you will be putting a check in the mail.

Can I pick up my
items at Yoder Auction Service?
Absolutely! We are happy to hold items until you can make the trip
to Frytown. You can make arrangements for pickup by
emailing (mail@yoderauctionservice.com)
or calling us (319-683-3600).

Can I pick up my
items at the National Farm Toy Show or Summer Farm Toy Show in
Dyersville?
Absolutely! We are happy to hold items until one of the shows in
Dyersville and meet you there.

Will you ship
my items?
Yes, toys can be shipped from Yoder Auction Service. We do all the
packing and shipping in house. You will receive an email with tracking
information when your items are sent.
