Tract consists of 78.14 acres m/l with 70.76 acres cropland.  Farm has been enrolled in CRP with contract expired in 2012, then rented for 2013 crop year.  Property has an average CSR of 57.7.  Soil types include: Ladoga, Colo-Ely Complex, Fayette and Gara-Armstrong. Property also includes a 24 foot grain bin with floor, fan and stirators and an 18 foot grain bin with floor and fan. 

Legal Description: The SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3 and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 4 all in Township 79 North, Range 8 W of the 5^th P.M. containing 80 acres more or less, excepting therefrom 1.86 acres containing buildings and house.
